My mom is a hippie aromatherapist and has used thieves oil for years. Other than a few broken bones, I have been pretty healthy my whole life. I'm 23. I have never had more than a mild cold and I have never had the flu. Thanks mom!

Hi,
Very useful info.I had one question
It is told taking Honey and Cinamom daily increases immunity of the body and helps against diseases
But, in the post I observed it is suggested to be away from taking honey ??
Could you please help me to clear this confusion?

Thanks,
Sara

Kelly

I use honey and cinnamon together all the time. I think eating a healthy diet with very little processed foods and a variety of herbs and spices keeps most immune systems fairly strong. A little bit of honey isn't going to hurt you. If you had full-blown Swine-Avian Flu, then eliminating honey form your diet might be a good thing.

Personally, I am not giving up chocolate and honey. I think I am healthy enough to withstand and negative effects the two might have to offer.

In reply to the comment from Cheryl, does MMS stand for Miracle Mineral Supplement ? I found it on http://www.miraclemineral.org/

I have been using high doses of vitamin c to protect myself against infection/viruses with some success. Last week I had a very high temperature and sore throat which came on very quickly. During the day I took 5,000mg of vitamin c and the next day the symptoms had gone. Now this may have happened anyway. However it is not the first time I have experinced this.

The H1N1 form of swine flu is one of the descendants of the strain that caused the 1918 flu pandemic. As well as persisting in pigs, the descendants of the 1918 virus have also circulated in humans through the 20th century, contributing to the normal seasonal epidemics of influenza.

nasal congestion remedies

Direct transmission of a swine flu virus from pigs to humans is occasionally possible(zoonotic swine flu). In all, 50 cases are known to have occurred since the first report in medical literature in 1958, which have resulted in a total of six deaths. Of these six people, one was pregnant, one had leukemia, one had Hodgkin disease and two were known to be previously healthy.

Tea Tree Oil

Rosemary is a great suggestion, I could not agree more.

If you are congested and need some nasal releif from the symptoms, tea tree oil in the humidifyer is a solid bet.

No special status of the epidemic and there was, it's all overblown myth. Number zhert not exceed the value for the seasonal flu
